Lance, 36, and Michael, 29, tied the knot on Lance Loves Michael last year — becoming the first same-sex couple to say "I do" on TV.

Since then, the duo has been splitting their time between New York and Los Angeles, hanging out with their celebrity BFFs — and gearing up to start a family!

"We had no idea we were going to be moving to New York for our first year of marriage, so that was a little detour of our honeymoon phase," Lance told Star exclusively. "I didn’t think Michael was going to be able to be here in New York as much as he’s been because he’s been working on his art, painting a lot. It’s really hard to do a lot of his pieces here, but he’s been here pretty much the whole time and really been supporting me and it’s been awesome!"

The gorgeous couple admitted that they've been spending most of their downtime binge watching Dance Moms, Modern Family, The Walking Dead — and of course, The Real Housewives.

"Every season we have to have a cameo on at least every Bravo show!" Lance joked.

It's a good thing they like spending so much time at home, as they won't be going out much once they return to Los Angeles, Calif. to set up their permanent home this year!

"We're definitely looking into starting a family in the next couple of years," Lance revealed. "Hopefully once everything is smoothly running [with the TV shows Lance is producing and Michael's art career] we can focus on starting a family."
