Shocking New Developments In 'Glee' Star Mark Salling’s Child Porn Case — 'Everything Was Mark's'

In a shocking statement, Frank Hernandez, the brother of Mark’s roommate – Jonathan Hernandez – told RadarOnline, “Everything [the child pornography] was Mark’s.”

Assuring that Mark and his brother each have “their own private space,” Frank said, “Everything was raided in Mark’s room and taken from there and had nothing to do with my brother.”

Even worse, Jonathan — who wasn’t there during the event of the arrest — was just as stunned as anybody when Mark was cuffed.

“He’s surprised, but I think police interviewed him and asked him a lot of questions,” Frank explained.

As Star previously reported, the Glee star was arrested on Dec. 29, after police reportedly found photos of girls under the age of ten performing sex acts on his personal computer. He was released from prison the next day, after his family posted $20,000 bail.
