Roxanne Gorzela accused him of sexual battery, and in March 2015 he was ordered to pay her $2.7 million,

Mark denied the accusations at the time, with his rep
telling E! News, "There is no truth to this... We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment."

The Los Angeles Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrived with a warrant to search the 33-year-old actor's apartment Dec. 29,
Crime Watch Daily reports.
After the search was executed, Mark was taken into custody in Sunland, Calif.
