The Blue Crush star was seen sporting a barely there bikini, though the 33-year-old's stick figure silhouette wasn't in need of much covering.  

Her skimpy two-piece left her bony rib cage on full display.  

Kate looked like she was about to break as she ventured her frighteningly frail frame on a paddle board.
