Danica Dillon Who? Josh Duggar Claims He Has Proof That He’s Never Met The Porn Star Suing Him

The fallen 19 Kids and Counting star claimed that not only did he not have rough aggravated sex with Danica Dillon, but that he's never even met her - and he has the receipts to prove it!

According to court documents obtained by sources at RadarOnline, Josh can produce flight reservations, as well as Uber and car rental receipts that will prove he was nowhere near Danica during the times of alleged assault.

“Specifically, on March 12-14, 2015 or April 17-18, 2015, I was either in Texas, Maryland Washington, D.C, or flying to Texas from Maryland and provided evidence of that to my attorney. I was not in the District on those dates and never caused Plaintiff any injury anywhere.”

The Christian activist also plans to get surveillance footage and testimony from witnesses at the hotels and strip club where 29-year-old Danica alleges that the trysts transpired.

“Affidavits from eyewitnesses present with Defendant in other states on the dates in question will be obtained,” the source divulged.

In addition, Danica, who's real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, has been ordered to produce medical records and “evidence of lost business opportunities” to prove that she suffered $500,000 worth of damages following the two nights of rough sexual relations she endured from the 27-year-old father of four.

Both parties will meet January 21, for a pre-trial conference in a courtroom in Philadelphia, the city of the alleged atrocities.

In order to report to court for the conference, Josh will leave the Bible-based rehab facility where he's been living since August of last year.
