“Kira Salazar has been involved in the crime of fraudulently obtaining monies from victims who have entered into an agreement with her to buy Plasma HDTV’s that she posted for sell through www.ebay.com,” the court papers alleged. “Kira Salazar has the buyers send their money to her, via personal check or electronic wire transfer; and then fails to deliver their merchandise or refund their money.”

Todd claimed that the needles and vials belonged to him. “Cash voluntarily admitted to the possession of the syringes and vials found inside the residence,” the papers read. “He also stated the syringes contained a substance known as anabolic steroids.”

According to the documents, Kira and her daughter were at the house during the bust. “Mr. Cash stated that his girlfriend and her daughter were inside and were in the bedroom... Mrs. Salazar was then transported along with her daughter over to Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Substation.”

Todd received six months probation in relation to the steroids. After admitting "Ok, I did that," after initially denying the fraud charges, Kira ultimately pled guilty, and was given two years probation and $5,975 in fines.
