Recent court proceedings revealed that officers claimed “Cosby told police in ’05 he did give Constand 1.5 Benadryl pills and they engaged in ‘petting,’ sticking his hands down her pants,” according to what Philadelphia Inquirer reporter Laura McCrystal shared on her Twitter feed.

“Cosby told police he and Constand never had sexual intercourse,” Laura claims Cheltenham police chief told the court. “I never intended to have sexual intercourse, like naked bodies, with Andrea,” he claimed Bill confessed, adding that he told police "they kissed and touched with clothes on" and that he "enjoyed it."
