The former Playboy bunny filed lawsuit against the fallen funnyman in October of 2015 after claiming the 78-year-old comedian drugged and sexually abused her on Aug 9, 2008 at Hugh Hefner’s famed Playboy mansion.

But recent developments now show that after L.A. prosecutors decided not to file criminal charges, Chloe’s attorney decided against taking any further action against Bill, and instead filed for a voluntary motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

According to official police records, police found no evidence that either Bill or Chloe were present during the Midsummer Night’s Dream Party at the Playboy Mansion — during which the attack allegedly took place — after examining party guest lists, and surveillance footage provided in evidence.

But Bill doesn't plan to stop there. The criminally accused comedian is now also seeking to have his charges dropped in the case of Andrea Constand. As Star readers know, official sexual assault charges were filed against Bill, by the former Temple basketball coach, for which he was later officially placed under arrest on Dec 30.
