As Star readers know, Angiola 'Big Ang' Raiola was laid to rest on Feb. 22 after losing her brave battle with lung and brain cancer, but the fabulous star made sure to make her exit in style!

“They released white doves and everyone got to lay roses on Ang’s casket,” one insider told Radar Online. “It was a beautiful ceremony—one Angela definitely would have approved of.”

Days earlier, family and friends decorated the funeral home's viewing room with Big Ang's beloved trademark quirks. Floral arrangements included her signature big lips, Patron (her favorite drink) and even the sign of her favorite disco, Pastels.

After the funeral ceremony, loved ones gathered in her memory at her favorite Staten Island restaurant — Angelina's Ristorante — where they sat down for a lavish meal that included pasta, calamari, salad, and "lots of bread" with an open bar on every floor!

Angiola's death also helped patch up a year-long feud between "Mob Wives" co-stars Karen Gravano and Natalie Guercio, who decided to put aside their differences at their friend's funeral's boozy after-party at the Drunken Monkey (now called the Funky Monkey).

“When you lose someone close to you, whose heart was filled with so much love, it puts everything into perceptive,” Gravano explained. “Natalie and I, we both felt that way.”
