Aaron Carter Loses It! Former Child Star Insists He's Not Having A Mental Breakdown

The 28-year-old shared in a Twitter essay that his now ex-girlfriend and back-up dancer, Lee Marie Karis, broke up with him just five days before Christmas.

"Has anyone ever had their heartbroken so bad that they feel it in other parts of their body? Like cold feelings in your stomach, emptiness? Love is the toughest thing I deal with in my life," he wrote, claiming he was devastated as he shared the post from a plane in Chicago.

"I'm sorry for not always being the greatest guy in my relationships but I love LOVE so much and I will always try to project that. All I ever wanted was someone to love me for who I am," Hilary Duff's ex wrote.

He continued in the post, and offered relationship advice for his followers while alleging that Lee Marie was verbally abusive towards him. "You should never be with someone who tells you to ‘shut the f-ck up’ because your [sic] annoyed cause you couldn’t talk to them for 7 hours when I’m NOT even being disrespectful myself," he continued.

"You should never be [with] someone who hangs up on you and leaves you feeling unsettled or unresolved all because they’re too immature to handle confrontation like an adult," he wrote.

"Never be afraid to speak how you feel," Aaron told Starmagazine.com exclusively in the past. "It only makes me stronger."
