You don't need to be a dad to rock a body that's not too flabby, not too muscular and as soft as a pillow! Other than Carrot Top, comedians aren't particularly fit, but Adam Sander — the 48-year-old wacky father of two, appears to be plenty soft, but not too pudgy.

When most people are constantly surrounded by waifish models in bathing suits, they may feel a little less secure about their own bodies--but if you're the hard-partying Wolf of Wall Street like Leonardo DiCaprio, you just let it all hang out.  While Leo hasn't been the skinny kid of Titanic fame in a while, as he approaches 40, he doesn't seem to mind spending his gym time drinking on yachts.

As the dapper Don Draper in the pre-gym-era Mad Men, Jon Hamm's build was buff.  But these days, while he may not be the Adonis he would have been back in the 60's, he's got a physique that most 44-year-old guys would be happy with: no bulging muscles, but he can wear the hell out of a collared shirt. 

The famously flabby comic actor and writer Seth Rogen slimmed down for Green Lantern.  While he hasn't totally settled back into his formarly full figure, the pot-smoking Seth, 33, looks like he's been enjoying his munchies. 

He no longer has a Jason Bourne bod, but even the CIA-trained assasin would let himself go a little with four kids.  If the rumor is true that Matt Damon, 44, will be making another Bourne movie, he'll have to hit the gym pretty hard---but until then, it's pizza night!
