Megan Fox and MGK are at odds over coparenting plans.

But first, lawyers. Megan Fox is gearing up to give birth, but rather than nesting, she’s been busy getting her legal ducks in a row in regard to estranged baby daddy MGK (a.k.a. Colson Baker). The actress, 38, and the rapper, 34, broke up over Thanksgiving, just months before their baby was due to arrive. Now, a source says Megan wants “certain assurances and a child support structure that’s agreed to and signed on both sides.”

Despite gushing over their cosmic connection in the past, the Midnight in the Switchgrass costars hit some snags during their five-year romance, including infidelity rumors. But things were looking up in November, when Megan proudly announced her pregnancy via an eye-catching Instagram post. (The baby news followed a devastating 2023 miscarriage.) Just two weeks later, the pair had split. With the baby coming, says the source, “Megan needs to minimize her stress levels.” The source adds that her ex isn’t helping. “MGK is trying to be sensitive, but he’s also sticking up for himself in terms of how much involvement he has with the birth and upbringing.” One issue: The source says MGK “is desperate to be in the delivery room.”

Things will get more complicated once the baby arrives. Both Megan and MGK are experienced with sharing custody — she has three kids (Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8) with ex Brian Austin Green; he has a 15-year-old daughter with an ex. “Megan wants him to be a big part of his child’s life,” says the source. “But they need to sit with lawyers and figure out what’s fair.”
