Martha Stewart Offers to Plan Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Wedding Following Engagement

Martha Stewart is willing to share her wedding planning expertise with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

On Tuesday, August 26, the 84-year-old lifestyle guru shared a joint Instagram post with her magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, which featured a photo of the pop star and the NFL star, both 35, from their engagement post alongside a video of Stewart drinking a glass of wine, describing it as “the nectar of the Gods.”

“🚨 It’s time to call in the ultimate wedding planner 🚨,” the caption read.

Travis’ dad, Ed Kelce, spoke with News 5 that day and shared more details regarding when and how the Kansas City Chiefs tight end popped the question at his home in Missouri.

“Travis actually did the proposal, oh, maybe two weeks, not quite two weeks ago,” Ed revealed.

“He was going to put it off till this week. I think she was getting maybe a little antsy, but he was going to put her off till this week, to, you know, make some grand thing, to make it a big special event.”

“And I told him repeatedly, you know, you could do it on the side of the road, do it any place that makes it a special event… when you get down on one knee and ask her to marry you,” Ed explained.
