Kim Selby Debuts Cookbook ‘Everything With Love’, Celebrating Food, Family And Connection

Food lovers and home cooks can now dive into “Everything With Love,” the debut cookbook from Kim Selby, a former competitive ice skater-turned-actor and producer. More than just a collection of recipes, the book is a heartfelt journey through the emotional and cultural significance of food, offering over 100 dishes designed to bring people together.

Selby, who grew up in a large family in Illinois, recalls how food was central to her upbringing. Later, as a 15-year-old ice skater traveling the world, family recipes became a comforting link to home. Now, she shares these cherished traditions alongside expert cooking tips, personal anecdotes, and a wide variety of recipes ranging from hearty breakfasts to indulgent desserts.

“Cooking isnt just a way to fuel our bodies,” Selby explains. “Its a way to connect with the people we love. By releasing this book into the world, Im sharing the spirit that has filled my family with joy for decades.”

To celebrate the books release, Selby will host three book signings in Los Angeles, where fans can meet her, hear the stories behind her recipes, and get their copies signed. She’ll be at Vicente Foods in Brentwood on Friday, March 7, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.; at the Farm Shop in Santa Monica on Saturday, March 8, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.; and at Haven & Co. in Santa Monica on Saturday, March, 15 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

With stunning photography and easy-to-follow instructions, “Everything With Love” invites both seasoned chefs and kitchen novices to cook with heart and embrace the joy of sharing meals with loved ones.
