Khloé Kardashian shared hellish new details about her life with ex-husband Lamar Odom in the new Netflix doc Untold: The Death & Life of Lamar Odom, including that she would search for the drug-addicted NBA star “in alleys” and clean up his drug paraphernalia in motel rooms to shield his reputation. “He overdosed a few times, I had to pump his stomach,” she said, according to People, adding, “We had at-home detox centers.”

After filing for divorce, she spent four months at the 46-year-old’s bedside when he was hospitalized after an overdose then suffered 12 strokes, six heart attacks and a three-day coma and had to relearn how to walk and talk. When he was released, she rented him a home near hers in Calabasas, California, and hired a caretaker and chef — only to find Odom one day smoking crack.
“I just punched him in his face,” the 41-year-old recalled, according to the outlet. She kicked him out, realizing, “He was playing me so I can continue this lifestyle for him.”
Fans were shocked with what the reality star went through, and a source says she’s still not over the trauma. “She still suffers nightmares over Lamar’s drug use and how he came so close to death,” the source tells Star. “All of it took a terrible toll on her self-esteem and she’s had PTSD hanging over her ever since.”

The source adds that Kardashian’s horrific experience has carried over to other relationships. Notably, Tristan Thompson, dad to her two kids, cheated on her during her pregnancy and fathered a child with another woman while their second child was being carried by a surrogate. “Tristan put her through a different hell,” says the source. “But Lamar put her through worse and she’ll never really recover.”
