Kevin Costner Upset Over High Wedding Costs for Ex-Wife Christine Baumgartner’s Upcoming Nuptials

Kevin Costner and ex-wife Christine Baumgartner have both moved on: He’s been mingling with Hollywood’s A-list, dating Jewel and having an intimate chat with Jennifer Lopez.

Meanwhile, the Oscar winner’s former wife of two decades recently showed off her blingy engagement ring. Yet a source says the exes are still entangled — not just because Christine, 51, is marrying Kevin’s former friend, Josh Connor, but also because her upcoming nuptials will come compliments of Kevin’s cash!

“She’s laying the groundwork for a big wedding that’s getting outrageously expensive,” says the source of Christine, who was awarded more than $63,000 a month from Kevin, 70, in child support (for kids Cayden, 17, Hayes, 16, and Grace, 14), among other funds.

“It bends him out of shape that she’s still using his money to fund her showy lifestyle.” The source adds that Kevin’s bitterness over their mom’s big day do-over is rough on the kids. “They haven’t been asked to pick a side, but it’s hard for them to be in the middle of this bad blood.”
