Keith Urban is reportedly feeling “numb” and confused after being snubbed by his daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman, in a new interview where she heaped praise on her mom, Nicole Kidman.
Sunday, 17, did an interview with Elle Australia where she called Kidman, 58, her “biggest inspiration in life” and “a key part of everything I do.” However, she said nothing about Urban, who was merely named at the top of the article as being her father.
“He’s trying to put on a brave front,” a source told Australian outlet New Idea on Monday, March 16, adding that the singer, 58, feels “like he doesn’t exist,” after reading his daughter’s interview.

The source speculated that their recent divorce may have something to do with his kid being cool on him for the time being.
“He knows he has to be patient; however, this latest snub – so publicly, there in black and white – has stumped him,” the source added.
The Grammy winner and the Scarpetta star, who also share 15-year-old daughter Faith, split last year after 19 years of marriage. Kidman filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

At the time, Star reported, the couple’s daughters “love their dad dearly, but they’re feeling very loyal to their mom right now.”
Kidman recently spoke publicly about finalizing the divorce in January. In an interview with Variety, the Babygirl actress was asked if she was “doing all right.”
“I am, because I’m always going to be moving toward what’s good,” she replied. “What I’m grateful for is my family and keeping them as is and moving forward. That’s that.”
“Everything else I don’t discuss out of respect,” she continued. “I’m staying in a place of, ‘We are a family,’ and that’s what we’ll continue to be. My beautiful girls, my darlings, who are suddenly women.”
