Justin Bieber is getting candid about how the public’s perception of him — and the constant concern for his well-being — has been challenging to deal with.
The pop star, 31, dropped the surprise album Swag, which features 21 tracks, on Friday, July 11. Track 14, titled “Therapy Sessions,” isn’t a traditional song as it features Bieber having a raw conversation with comedian Druski.
“Even sometimes where I know you’re trollin’, and they don’t even understand it, like, ‘Oh my God, he’s f**kin’ losin’ his mind,'” Druski, 30, can be heard saying, referring to how fans have found Bieber’s Instagram posts worrisome. “And it’s like, ‘Nah, I think he’s just bein’ a human bein’ he’s enjoyin’ social media like the f**kin’ rest of us. He’s just doin’ it his own way.”
The two-time Grammy Award winner responds, explaining, “That’s been a tough thing for me recently. It’s feeling like, you know, I have had to go through a lot of my struggles as a human, as all of us do, really publicly, so people are always asking if I’m ok, and that starts to really weigh on me.”

Druski then adds, “Becausе it’s like when somebody keeps sayin’, ‘Why you cryin’? Why you cryin’?’ It’s like, ‘B**ch, I’m not, but now I am, f**k.'”
Bieber — who shares 10-month-old son Jack Blues with wife Hailey, 28, — agrees, saying, “It starts to make me feel like I’m the one with issues and everyone else is perfect.”
Over the last few months, fans have been expressing their concern for the former teen idol.
On June 10, the singer-songwriter reposted an Instagram Reel that featured an alleged comment he left under a now-deleted post by @todayyearsold.
The post featured a series of text messages from someone’s grandfather, which read, “I am worried about Justin” and “There is so much heartbreak in Justin’s life.” The user wrote, “We all are,” at the top of the post.
Bieber didn’t appreciate the unwarranted concern as he allegedly then commented, “Worry about yourself, gramps.”

In the past, the “Peaches” hitmaker has posted on social media about his emotional struggles.
“People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself I would have already?” he wrote in a June 16 Instagram post. “I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues. I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry.”
Bieber continued, “The harder I try to grow the more focused on myself I am. Jesus is the only one who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. “Because honestly I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately aren’t you?”
