Jude Law: Family Honor

It was bittersweet when Jude Law received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Just after the 51-yearold was notified about the honor, he learned that his mother, Maggie, had died.

“I actually lost my mum, so we had to delay it,” the British actor said of the ceremony. “But in a very odd way, as a kind of final gift, it meant that a few more of my family could actually be here.” Jude was joined by Raff and Iris Law, two of his three kids with ex Sadie Frost, as well as current wife Phillipa Coan.

“The whole event has been quite an emotional experience,” said the Fantastic Beasts actor. “Just a very personal occasion and really touching.”
