Jennifer Aniston appears to be putting Jim Curtis above everything else in her life, says a source — including the lucrative Hollywood career she’s spent decades building.
“Jen’s priorities have clearly shifted,” the source tells Star. “She’s turning down work and spending virtually all her time focused on Jim and his career.”
On Tuesday, July 21, TMZ reported that the actress and producer was stepping away from a TV adaptation of Jennette McCurdy‘s memoir, I’m Glad My Mom Died, with the outlet citing “scheduling conflicts.”
However, two days later came news suggesting the LolaVie founder’s calendar could actually be opening up: Apple TV announced on Thursday, July 23, that The Morning Show‘s already-filmed fifth season will be its last, airing in 2027.
“What Jen values most now is love and the life she’s building with Jim,” shares our source. “She insists she knows exactly what she’s doing, and says it’s completely worth it because she already has more than enough money and fame for 10 lifetimes. But the concern is that she’s sacrificing an awful lot for a man who she’s only been with for a relatively short time.”

Though the Friends alum, 57, and the hypnotherapist, 50, were first publicly linked in July 2025, he revealed during a January 2026 Today interview that the two had been dating “close to a year.”
Now, Aniston is set to take on a supporting role as the wellness author promotes his latest release, The Book of Possibility, on stage at the 92nd Street Y on September 2 in NYC.
“An Evening with Jim Curtis,” which has already sold out, promises to include a “conversation” between the couple, where they’ll “discuss Curtis’ transformational work, the origins of his book in his workshops and coaching, and the role of the mind in healing,” per the event’s webpage.
“It goes beyond being a supportive girlfriend,” adds the source. “There’s even talk that Jen would like to become actively involved in the business — to the point that she’s interested in training as a hypnotherapist herself.”
