Jennifer Aniston’s boyfriend Jim Curtis appears to be making some major life changes.
The NYC-based hypnotherapist and transformational coach, who has been in a bicoastal relationship with the Friends alum, put his downtown Manhattan apartment on the market, according to a Wednesday, January 28 report in the Daily Mail.
The 1,200-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was listed on January 27 for $1.5 million after months of on-again, off-again rental attempts.
Curtis, 50, first put the space up for rent in April 2025 for $9,000 a month, only to pull it off the market weeks later. It returned in June with a higher $10,500 asking price before being removed once again in November. Now, the property is officially available to buy.
The Book of Possibility author has owned the loft-like pad since 2015, when he took over the deed for $1.27 million and secured a $992,000 mortgage, per the Daily Mail.

The apartment is described as “blending charm with modern convenience,” featuring exposed brick and stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge.
In December, Star reported that Aniston, 56, enjoyed visiting the city where she grew up, but did not want to live in New York.
Curtis opened up about their relationship on the Today show on January 26, revealing that they met through friends initially.
“We chatted for a long time, and we became close,” he said, adding that they’ve been together “close to a year.”
