More than a year after she was spotted visiting a plastic surgeon’s office, Jennifer Aniston has offered a glimpse into what she does to stay so youthful looking.
“I think it all starts with how we love our bodies and love where we are,” Aniston, 56, told Glamour in an interview published on Tuesday, September 2, after being told that her Morning Show costar Marion Cotillard, 49, considers her a role model for aging gracefully.
“But I’m not going to say I don’t get the facials and the lasers and all that good stuff,” revealed the Friends alum. “I mean, I’m maintained. I’m not going to just go down and let these gray hairs take over.”

In March, 2024, Aniston was seen visiting the office of Dr. Neil A. Gordon — whose specialty is facial rejuvenation and rhinoplasty — at The Retreat at Split Rock, in Greenwich, Connecticut, alongside Sandra Bullock and Jason Bateman’s wife, Amanda Anka, per the Daily Mail.
Dr. Gordon also offers Botox and laser resurfacing at the luxury facility.
Previously, Aniston — who once told Yahoo Beauty in 2015 that injectables are a “slippery, slippery slope” — admitted to trying Botox. However, she prefers peptide injections, she told the Wall Street Journal in 2023: “I do think that’s the future.”
She’s also confessed to having a nose job to fix a deviated septum, but now attributes her youthful appearance to “an eternal fountain of optimism and positivity,” the A-lister told Glamour.
As Star previously reported, Aniston’s new beau, hypnotist and transformational coach Jim Curtis, has also been instrumental in her wellness journey.
“As successful as she is, Jen has always been very hard on herself and that’s something they’re working on,” a source told Star.
Aging well is about “perspective, and also knowing that this is our one body,” Aniston told Glamour. “It’s a mindset.”
