Jennifer Aniston Forced to ‘Wait in Line’ to Work With Pal Sandra Bullock (Exclusive)

After a four-year hiatus, Sandra Bullock will return to screens this September, appearing alongside Nicole Kidman in Practical Magic 2 — and it has Jennifer Aniston feeling jealous, a source reveals.

According to the source, the Aussie actress, 58, convinced her former costar to reunite for the highly-anticipated sequel around the same time “Jen and Sandy were talking about finding a project to do together. Jen really wants to make a movie with Sandra, but now she has to wait in line like everybody else!”

As a producer on the upcoming flick — which filmed last summer — Kidman “was aggressive and all about closing the deal, whereas Jen is a lot more cautious and detail-obsessed,” notes the source. “Nicole has a hotter hand right now because she’s willing to take risks.”

Initial plans for Practical Magic 2 were announced in 2024, the same year Variety reported that Aniston, 57, was producing a 9 to 5 remake.

“Jen has struggled to get it going, and she can’t help but think that things would move faster if Sandra were to sign on in some way,” the source says. “The magic ingredient in any film project seems to be Sandra!”

The Oscar winner, 61, has brought in nearly $5 billion at the box office, reports Forbes.

With so much success already, “Sandra can afford to be picky. She says no to a lot of offers,” adds the source.

While longtime pals Bullock and Aniston still haven’t found the right flick to collaborate on, the source insists there’s no bad blood between them — nor between the Friends alum and Kidman: “All three ladies have a ton of respect for one another.”
