Hilaria Baldwin is still thinking about her time on Dancing with the Stars.
The 41-year-old and her partner, Gleb Savchenko, were eliminated from the ABC competition show on October 7, and she opened up about the exit once again.
Baldwin — who received hate from fans after claiming she was “bullied off the show” — explained to E! News in a story published Tuesday October 21 that the series’ voting structure is slightly askew.
“There is a strategy I guess the voters learn,” the wife of Alec Baldwin said. “Where they’ll get together and they’ll vote for everybody else besides the couple that they don’t like. They basically push up everybody else’s votes to be able to drown down the couple that they don’t want to make it.”
She added that production told her at the start of the series that DWTS is at its core, a “reality show.”
“It’s not really a dance competition, it’s a reality show.’ I think that where my heart got hurt a bit is that I just love to dance, I want to have fun. And there is gonna be a certain level of drama and some negativity,” the mother of seven added.

Despite her elimination, she still is “grateful for the experience” and had fun dancing on the series.
The yoga instructor took to Instagram Live on October 12 following her departure and alleged that she was bullied off the competition.
She later admitted that she felt “jealous” of the contestants who were still standing after her elimination on the DWTS Official Podcast.
“I’m proud of those — I’m a little jealous — but proud of those who get to go to practice tomorrow,” Baldwin said. “I opened my heart and now it’s broken again.”
