The rise of vaginal fitness and pelvic wellness content on TikTok is capturing the attention of Gen Z, with many young women seeking to connect with their bodies more holistically.

Bel Di Lorenzo, creator of the Ohlympus Program and author of “The Gohddess Method,” has been at the forefront of this trend, offering educational content to her rapidly growing audience of more than 137,000 TikTok followers. Her videos on pompoir, or “vaginal gymnastics,” have garnered millions of views, providing insights into pelvic strength, sensation, and body awareness without shame.

“Gen Z is shaping the future of health and intimacy, and it starts with awareness,” Di Lorenzo says. Her program of vaginal exercise is not just for sexual pleasure, aiming to narrow the “orgasm gap” between genders, but also for strength and resilience during and after pregnancy and childbirth.

Di Lorenzo consulted with medical professionals from the American College of Surgeons and Spains European University Miguel Cervantes to develop The Gohddess Method, and has since helped more than 170,000 women transform their sex lives and pelvic health.

Her approach is part of a broader shift towards open discussions about sexual health and wellness, emphasizing community-driven education rather than traditional, taboo-laden sex education. Di Lorenzos work is also linked to addressing key health concerns like the prevention of postpartum incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

The growing interest reflects a significant cultural shift as young women seek to learn about and practice vaginal fitness before turning 25, which Di Lorenzo credits as crucial for experiencing a better connection to one’s body prior to significant life events such as childbirth.
