Florence Pugh is not going to stop voicing her opinions. In a new interview with The Times of London, the British actress shared her frustration with the limits put on women in Hollywood, who are expected to look perfect and stay perfectly silent. “There are fine lines women have to stay within, otherwise they are called a diva, demanding, problematic,” griped the 29-year-old. “And I don’t want to fit into stereotypes made by others.”

The We Live in Time actress, who was nominated for an Oscar for 2019’s Little Women, is especially incensed about the impossible standards of beauty in the industry. Over her career, she’s been trolled about her body not being stick thin — she was also called out for going braless at an event — and fumes that actresses’ looks are regularly brought up in interviews.

“The only thing people want to talk about is some useless crap about how [women] look.” Instead, she’s challenging outdated notions about women in Hollywood, saying, “I didn’t care to abide by those rules.” Even, she adds, if it gets her a rep. “[I’m] a bit too yappy,” she admitted. “But I wouldn’t be able to not say how I feel.”
