Denise Richards is fighting to keep her famous friends — and enemies — from taking the stand in her contentious divorce battle, according to a court document obtained by Star.
On Tuesday, September 30, the Wild Things actress filed an objection to her estranged husband Aaron Phypers’ request to put her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, and her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar Brandi Glanville, on his witness list.
“This person is not a percipient witness to abuse committed by Petitioner against Respondent,” her filing read of Sheen, 60, and Glanville, 52, along with several other names including Richards’ father, Irv Richards.

In his own documents filed earlier on September 30, Phypers, 53, had alleged that Sheen, who is sober after years of addiction, could testify to the realty star’s “history of not being truthful and of drug and alcohol abuse.”
Glanville claimed she and Richards hooked up in 2019 while she was wed to Phypers, which Richards has repeatedly denied.
Richards has accused Phypers — who filed for divorce after more than six years of marriage in July — of domestic abuse. He’s accused her of cheating and pill popping. Both have denied each other’s claims.
