Denise Richards wants to keep her hard-earned OnlyFans money.
In legal documents filed on Tuesday, January 27, and obtained by Star, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 54, asked a judge to deny her ex Aaron Phypers’ request to obtain spousal support and half of the estimated $200,000 to $300,000 she makes every month on the platform.
Richards pointed out that the former wellness center owner, 53, should be denied because he missed a deadline to file an updated income and expense declaration.

Phypers filed a response later that day arguing that his “situation has not changed.” He has not been able to get his business back up and running, and has no income, he claimed in the documents, obtained by Star. He therefore asked the judge to allow a hearing on the matter that was scheduled for February 26 to go forward.
The exes have been battling in court since Phypers filed for divorce in July after six years of marriage, amid allegations of her cheating, which she’s denied.
In October, according to documents obtained by Page Six, he claimed he deserved half of her monthly OnlyFans income because he helped her build the account in 2022 and took most of the photos, therefore holding “the intellectual property rights to most, if not all, of the pictures that are in use on her page.”

Phypers also claimed he was “out of money and financially desparate [sic].” In December, he was evicted from the rental home he once shared with the Wild Things star, who had moved out when they split. Richards was also granted a five-year restraining order against him amid allegations of abuse, which he’s denied.
As Star previously reported, the mom of three refuses to back down. “She … sees no other way to handle this than to fight back legally,” a source said, “even though it’s costing her a fortune.”
