Cruz Beckham Throws Shade at Brother Brooklyn Amid Ongoing Family Feud

Cruz Beckham does not want to be mixed up with his older brother Brooklyn’s choices.

On Sunday, June 22, the 20-year-old musician posted a TikTok video of himself singing and playing the guitar onstage. He set the video to his new song, “For Ya Love.”

A fan posted a comment asking the singer-songwriter, “Are you going to stick with this job or going to become a race car driver next or something?”

Cruz replied, “Wrong brother, mate,” seemingly referring to Brooklyn, who has tried his hand in many different industries. His comment had over 8,000 likes at the time of publication.

Brooklyn, 26, famously started a modeling career in 2014. He then branded himself as a photographer, releasing a book filled with his photographs, titled What I See, in 2017. He also studied photography at the Parsons School of Design but did not complete the program.

Brooklyn later entered the culinary space with a cooking show on social media called Cookin’ with Brooklyn. The show lasted eight episodes, airing from 2021 to 2022.

Most recently, Brooklyn expressed interest in being a race car driver.

“I think I’ve tried a few things and finally found what I absolutely love, I’ve always been a fan of racing and really enjoyed it,” Brooklyn told Daily Mail in March. “It’s what I’m passionate about. And I’ve given it my all. Put my head down andI’m not listening to anyone.”

Rumors of a family feud began in May when Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, skipped out on David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration. All of Brooklyn’s siblings, including Cruz, Romeo, and Harper, attended the party.

A source told People that Brooklyn didn’t show because Romeo, 22, brought his then-girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, to the event. The insider alleged that Brooklyn and Turnbull, 24, dated, but Kim put those reports to rest last week.

“I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,” she wrote on her Instagram Story, referring to Brooklyn. “Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”

After seven months together, Romeo and Turnbull parted ways shortly after the legendary soccer player’s birthday.

There have also been reports of a feud between Nicola, 30, and Brooklyn’s mom, Victoria Beckham, which reportedly began over a wedding dress.

Despite the drama, the former LA Galaxy player included Brooklyn in his Father’s Day post sharing an Instagram carousel with pictures of him and his four kids.
