The 33-year-old told the Call Her Daddy podcast that it extended back to when she was just 14, when she started buying and selling drugs. “I sold half of them, did the rest,” she told host host Alex Cooper. “So I basically did the drugs for free. Wasn’t a great drug dealer.”
Still closeted as her career took off, the Victoria’s Secret alum was using Ketamine, GHB and Xanax. “I loved what drugs made me feel,” she explained, adding that they made all of her fears and insecurities go away. But after one trip to rehab, she decided at age 30 to get sober at the Burning Man music festival in 2022. “A song came on shuffle when I was alone in a hotel room, and it was a song that was played at a friend’s funeral who died of an overdose,” the British beauty recalled.

She threw her drugs down the toilet that night, but suffered seizures from going off GHB, a central nervous system depressant, cold turkey. Looking back, she’s called photos of herself at the time, looking disheveled and out of it, telling Vogue, “heartbreaking, because I thought I was having fun.”
