Brad Pitt has something to prove. His goodguy rep took a major hit following his 2016 divorce from Angelina Jolie, leaving him “desperate to repair his image,” says an insider.

Could his relationship with 31-year-old Ines de Ramon be his path back? Hit with nasty allegations from his ex and estranged from his six kids — several of whom have dropped his last name — the 60-year-old is throwing himself into his two-year relationship with the jewelry designer.

According to the source, “He wants to come across as a serious, stable guy, and having Ines around certainly reinforces that.” (His image obsession doesn’t stop there — the source says Brad has demanded that his wrinkles be removed via CGI for next year’s F1 movie!)

Behind closed doors, however, Brad and Ines’ dynamic can be “unequal” as a result of their age gap, says the insider: “Brad is a powerful person and sometimes has a patronizing edge.”
