Bill Belichick Making ‘Huge Mistake’ By Involving 24-Year-Old Girlfriend Jordan Hudson in Business Decisions

Bill Belichick hasn’t seemed himself since he began dating 49-years-younger girlfriend Jordon Hudson two years ago. The 73-year-old can be seen lifting the former college cheerleader on her Instagram and called the 24-year-old his “idea mill and creative muse” in the acknowledgements of his new memoir, The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football.

The couple met on a 2021 flight, two years before the six-time Super Bowl–winning NFL coach split from longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday, 62. (His 29-year marriage to childhood sweetheart Debby Clarke ended in 2006.)

They’ve been raising eyebrows ever since, most recently when Jordon — acting as Bill’s publicist — interrupted a CBS interview to promote his new book. As Bill, dressed in a ripped sweatshirt, sat silent, his pageant-contestant girlfriend brusquely took charge, swatting away queries about when they met.

She’s also been criticized for reportedly asking to executive produce the former New England Patriots coach’s now-canned docuseries, and for interfering in marketing strategies at UNC, where he now heads the football team.

“A lot of people around Bill, including his family, think it’s a huge mistake letting Jordon get involved in business decisions,” says the source. “They think Bill’s having a midlife crisis.”
