Benny Blanco Is Doing His Best to Calm Fiancee Selena Gomez’s Pre-Wedding Nerves
Bride mode, activated! Selena Gomez is fully consumed with planning her wedding to Benny Blanco, and an insider says minor details of the luxe affair — reportedly set for Montecito in September — have become overwhelming.
“Scheduling fittings has been a nightmare, and she’s inviting very famous friends, some of whom need security and special accommodations. She’s a nervous wreck.”
Like many brides, the 32-year-old is obsessed with making sure the three-day event is perfect in every way. “She has a wedding planner but she’s picky about everything and barking out orders about theme and colors, flowers and music,” notes the insider. “It’s chaos.”
Like countless grooms before him, Benny, 37, who Selena has called “a complete light in my life,” has been doing his best to calm his fiancée’s nerves.
“He tells Selena not to worry,” adds the source. “He assures her it will be wonderful, come what may.”
