Amanda Batula Asked Kyle Cooke If He Was ‘Threatening’ Her During Prenup Discussion Ahead of Split
Summer House stars Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke had a tense conversation around the time they decided to end their marriage.
In a trailer for Bravo’s upcoming In The City, the graphic designer, 34, and the Lover Boy founder, 43, have a tense sit-down discussion.
“We don’t have a prenup, but if you come for me, I’ll come for you,” Batula told Cooke.
“That would be a losing battle,” he responded, prompting Batula to ask: “Are you threatening me?”
Another moment in the trailer features a moment where Batula asks Cooke, “Who was in our apartment last night while I’m asleep? Do you know how many times you cheated on me?”
In The City was filmed in fall 2025 so both conversations seemingly took place before the couple — who wed in 2021 — publicly announced their split in January. “After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” the exes wrote in a joint message shared on Instagram.
As Star previously reported, Batula and Summer House costar West Wilson — who previously dated Ciara Miller — confirmed ongoing rumors that they were dating on March 31.
For his part, Cooke spoke to street journalist Adam Glyn about the situation the next day in a three-part TikTok video, noting he doesn’t “understand the timeline just yet.”
“I’ve had DMs that say it dates back to June … I don’t know what to believe,” Cooke admitted. “There’s a little murkiness as to our separation, and when we put the announcement out, that I think we’ll have to address it at the [Summer House] reunion.”
Additionally, Cooke said, “Looking back,” he’s been noticing “how touchy and handsy” Wilson, 31, was with Batula, admitting, “I kind of gave him a little bit of a hall pass.”
While Wilson is not a main cast member on In The City, he is seen in the trailer hugging Batula, and she could be heard calling him “cutie.”
In The City premieres on Tuesday, May 19, at 9 p.m. ET following the Summer House season 10 finale at 8 p.m. ET.
