Bachelor In Paradise star DeMario Jackson was all smiles when spotted out with several women at Avenue on Friday night. Maybe that’s because the former Bachelorette contestant has been cleared of any wrong doing after Warner Bros. TV, the show’s production company, concluded their internal investigation of the alleged sexual misconduct incident involving castmate Corinne Olympios that took place on the first day of filming season four in Mexico.

Production of The Bachelor spin off was temporarily halted during the investigation, but is now slated to resume. Producers have reportedly emailed the contestants information regarding their strict new policies that reportedly include participants’ luggage being searched and any drugs being confiscated. The precautionary measures were not directly related to the alleged incident between DeMario and Corinne and there has been no evidence found so far that indicate either of them were on drugs at the time.

Corinne has retained high profile attorney Marty Singer, and as reported previously by StarMagazine.com is planning to file a lawsuit against ABC. The businesswoman from Florida stated she is a victim and that she was intoxicated from alcohol that she did a face plant in the Jacuzzi.

While Corinne claims not to remember exactly what took place by the pool with DeMario, sources have reviewed the video footage and have reported that the 24-year-old appeared lucid throughout the encounter. According to E! News, Corinne will not be returning to Bachelor In Paradise although it’s not certain whether she was invited back. TMZ reported that DeMario was asked to return to BIP, but has declined because he is suffering from anxiety.
