EXCLUSIVE: Iggy Azalea's Pals Think She’s Pregnant — Tour Cancellation Fuels Speculation

Amidst the bouncy houses, ferris wheel and cotton candy carnival-themed 30th birthday party Iggy Azalea threw for her L.A. Laker beau Nick Young on June 1, the focus soon shifted from him to them, when he got down on bended knee and popped the big question in front of all their friends and family. The NBA star’s heartfelt proposal was met with a fast yes and a slow kiss.

The pleasantly unexpected surprise was a welcomed 180-degree turn from the sort of week the “Fancy” rapper was having up to that point by disappointing her fans about canceling her The Great Escape tour, a mere three days earlier – reportedly due to a “creative change of heart.”

Although, a source claims her decision may not have been as abrupt as the public was made to believe. “Nick made it very clear that if he and Iggy were going to marry, he wanted her to scale back on work,” the insider revealed to OK! “Now her friends are buzzing that the real reason for the cancellation and the engagement is that Iggy’s pregnant.”

The 24-year-old rapper hasn’t been drinking at all lately and often complains that she’s tired and drained, which is causing her friends to give her the side eye. The Australian beauty even admitted that she needed to slow down in a statement she gave about the tour: “I need a break from everything to just enjoy what I worked so hard for.”

Even if the pregnancy speculation is just that, Iggy’s relationship with her new finance is the most important thing to her right now. The insider tells OK!, “She’d take Nick over the tour any day.”

Iggy is serious about showing her baller beau that she’s the woman for him and more than ready to do whatever it takes to move things forward. She’s afraid that if she did go on tour, he wouldn’t stick around, the source mentions. “Nick wants a traditional wife, who likes to cook and be home to attend to the family’s needs.”
