It’s been less than a year since Jessie James Decker gave birth to her first child, Vivianne, and already, the country star is pregnant with another little one! But, according to the “Clint Eastwood” singer herself, she and husband, Eric Decker, didn’t plan it that way.
“We were not trying to get pregnant,” she admitted to E! News. “We definitely were practicing, but we were not practicing to make a baby. It just happened.”
And while the 26-year-old made a pretty bold pregnancy announcement, revealing the news by posting a photo of her baby bump in a bikini, there’s still some info the hot couple is withholding (for now, at least). “We do know the sex of a baby,” Jessie teased. “It’s so cliche when everyone says, “We just want a healthy baby.” We honestly do. We love Vivianne so much, so the idea of having another little girl is exciting, but then the idea of having a boy is exciting, too. So we were just hoping for a healthy baby.”
Jessie’s last pregnancy was documented on the pair’s E! show, Eric & Jessie: Game On, but while they’re currently taking a break from filming to focus on their family, the reality star still plans to keep her fans updated while she prepares for No. 2. This time, though, she’ll do it through YouTube videos.
“I’m planning on kind of doing a video log with my pregnancy, and just kind of have women go through it with me,” she explained. “I think this time it will be really cool to do it through YouTube and talk about what’s happening, what hurts, what’s fun, what’s great…and then just kind of get ready together. Because there’s a lot of women out there just makin’ babies, just like me!”
