Well, that was fast! They’ve only been dating for a few months, but Zooey Deschanel and her boyfriend, Jacob Pechenik are already expecting their first child. The couple confirmed the news on Tuesday.
“Jacob and I are over the moon,” the New Girl star said in a statement. “We are so excited to meet our little one.”
It’s a very exciting time for the Deschanel family, as Zooey’s sister, Emily, is also expecting a child with husband David Hornsby. This will be the couple’s second, they’re already parents to three-year-old Henry, and they just announced the pregnancy in December.
