They promised a big announcement on Oct. 21 — and they delivered! Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard revealed Tuesday the sex of their baby…they’re having a boy!
The 19 Kids & Counting couple announced their pregnancy in August, and had a small gender reveal ultrasound this past Saturday, attended by only a few of Jill’s younger siblings. On the current season of her family’s TLC reality show, viewers follow the 23-year-old as she prepares for her wedding, which took place on June 21.
After the gender announcement was made on Tuesday morning, TLC released an adorable photograph of a pair of blue baby’s shoes in between Jill and Derick’s feet.
