There may only be three episodes left of Breaking Bad, but fans of the show will be happy to know that plans for the rumored spinoff series are finally underway! AMC announced plans for a new series starring Bob Odenkirk, who plays Walter White’s (Bryan Cranston) lawyer on the show. The spinoff is tentatively titled Better Call Saul, the lawyer’s slogan.

However, just because Saul is getting his own series doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll make it out of Breaking Bad alive. In fact, the spinoff is a prequel, telling the story of Saul Goodman before he became Walter White’s attorney. Better Call Saul will come from Vince Gilligan, the same mastermind who brought us Breaking Bad, and it’s a project he’s talked about bringing to life for months.

The remaining three episodes of Breaking Bad are reportedly a “bloodbath,” and especially after last week’s cliffhanger ending, there’s no telling who will be alive when the series ends. Tune in Sunday nights at 9 p.m. on AMC to find out!
