If you’re wondering why Zac Efron hasn’t been out and about on the club scene this summer, you might finally have your answer! The actor reportedly completed a stint in rehab, which he kept well under wraps…considering sources say he was released five months ago.
The 25-year-old stepped out for the first time in months at the Toronto Film Festival on Sept. 6 to attend the premiere of his new film Parkland. “I’m good, real good,” he told reporters at the event.
“He’s happy, healthy and not drinking,” an insider revealed. “He’s taking time to focus on working.”
It’s a good thing, too, because Zac is going to be quite busy in the upcoming months. After Parkland, in which he plays the first doctor to see President Kennedy after he was shot, we’ll see the actor in Are We Officially Dating? and the comedy Neighbors, both out next year.
