Tamar Braxton was feeling herself on Tuesday, August 14, and with good reason. The reality star shared a video of herself twerking in the kitchen amid news that she’s joining Snoop Dogg in his new musical! Watch the clip above for her great dance moves.
Tamar, 41, posted the twerk video on Instagram, and wrote in the caption, “I think only @mrldavis and I act foolish like this when we are on vacation and someone is taking too long to get out the bathroom from getting ready. Now who’s doing too much? The hour long wait ?or Troy and I??? #bestlifeliving.”
Troy is her best friend LeTroy Davis. She wrote over the video, “When you forget to put your wig on ? ?,” since she was rocking her bald head in the clip. But she makes the cropped hair look chic.
Things have been looking up for Tamar lately. Last week she announced her leading role in Snoop’s new musical, Redemption Of A Dogg. It’ll tour the country this fall. She wrote on her Instagram, “So me and uncle @snoopdogg is going on tour? singing, acting, rapping and being who we are!!!! your city will be posted soon!” She’s also been touring this summer.
Her family’s reality show Braxton Family Values returns this week, amid reports of a work stoppage as the family tried to up their pay. We’ll have to tune in to find out if it’s been resolved or if the hit We TV show is ending.
She’s also shared some steamy lingerie photos amid reports she’s found herself a new man. Hopefully her messy divorce from Vince Herbert will be wrapped up soon and she can really move on. She finally sold their mansion, though it was unfortunately at a loss.
