Herman Echevarria died suddenly in September and RadarOnline.com has learned more details about his tragic passing.
According to Radar, his apartment building manager found The Real Housewives of Miami star in bed after friends called about a wellness check.
Herman died of natural causes but his estranged wife Alexia said to police he wasn’t feeling well days before his death and was on prescription medicine.
