Renée Zellweger and Patrick Dempsey were spotted in Sydney on Aug. 22 promoting their upcoming flick Bridget Jones’s Baby, but Renée’s appearance comes right on the heels of her confronting plastic surgery rumors. “Not that it’s anyone’s business, but I did not make a decision to alter my face and have surgery on my eyes,” the 47-year-old actress told Huffington Post early in August.
