Nathan Griffith is currently in jail and faces charges of domestic violence against his on-and-off again girlfriend, Jessica Henry.
The ex-baby daddy of Jenelle Evans was arrested on December 12 and his bond was just set at $20,000.
Myrtle Beach Police Department revealed their statement from Jessica, which read, “The victim stated that tonight they were at a bar together and got into a verbal dispute.”
It went to explain that when Nathan came home, he “got on top of her and began choking her.”
