Mandy Moore was spotted attending the PaleyFest Fall TV Previews 2016 in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Sept. 13 — barely one day after she exposed more secrets about her divorce from rocker Ryan Adams.
Even though the former singer, 32, was only married to Ryan, 41, from 2009 to 2015, she told PEOPLE that she still struggled during the split. “But I’ve moved on and progressed in the stages of grief and being angry and feeling the loss and all that. I do believe things happen for a reason,” she told the publication.
She went on to admit that even if she could rewind time, she wouldn’t. “You couldn’t pay me to go back five or ten years ago,” Mandy said. “Having gone through trials and tribulations has brought me to this place today. I feel so much lighter.”
