Ryan Edwards‘ downfall has consumed his ex Maci Bookout‘s thoughts and time. In a sneak peek from the upcoming episode of Teen Mom OG, she seeks the help of an outside counselor to try and gain some perspective on Ryan’s behavior as of late.
According to Maci, Ryan is acting differently and she feels he’s been abusing drugs.
“I’m not really sure what exactly he’s using but sometimes he’ll fall asleep while you’re trying to have a conversation with him. Or he’s extremely wide-eyed and he doesn’t look right,” she tells the counselor over the phone.
The professional even asks Maci if she’s willing to issue some sort of ultimatum to Ryan. For example, using their son, Bentley, as a bargaining chip so Ryan will be forced into a rehab program to become sober.
Teen Mom OG airs Mondays at 9pm ET on MTV.
