Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher was caught in what appeared to be a fit of anger last Friday, August 24, in London. In the shocking CCTV video, the English singer is seen leaving a night club with girlfriend Debbie Gwyther when he seems to turn around and grab her by the throat. According to various UK outlets, the troubled couple were having an argument when Liam, 45, snapped and pushed his girlfriend by the neck.
In the video, Debbie’s head bounces back from the force of Liam’s push. Then, they part ways, Liam walking down the hallway and Debbie staying in place. An employee walks past them, seemingly worried about Debbie.
“Liam totally lost it,” a source told The Sun. “Later people outside could hear Liam shouting, ‘She is a witch. It was her fault. She is a witch. She is a f—ing witch’.
The former Oasis member denied the reports a few hours later on Twitter, writing, “Firstly I have never put my hands on any woman in a vicious manner Secondly there is only 1 witch and we all know who that is as you were LG x.” He continued to perform over the weekend.

Debbie also fought back at the news, posting on Instagram, “Pack of lies as per usual.” Neither directly addressed the disturbing video.
Debbie was Liam’s personal assistant when they began dating two years ago. His ex-wife, Nicole Appleton, reportedly filed for divorced after learning of the affair.
Liam is currently on a solo tour and has been performing his old band’s songs, including “Wonderwall,” “Champagne Supernova,” and “Live Forever.” He recently played in Manchester and paid tribute to the victims of last year’s terrorist attack.
