The Stella McCartney marketing exec, 31, is tired of being treated like an undercover lover ever since she secretly began dating the This Is Us heartthrob, 39, last fall. “Kelly appreciates how protective Milo is, and she doesn’t mind laying low,” explains a pal. “She just wants to be able to go out to a nice restaurant without Milo freaking out about being recognized.” After all, this isn’t Kelly’s first stroll down Rodeo Drive. “She dated [’NSYNC alum] JC Chasez,” adds the friend. “Milo’s fans don’t even begin to compare.”
