As her star power fades, Iggy Azalea’s backside continues to expand! The “Fancy” rapper showed off her eye-popping new shape last week on Instagram.
“She’s likely had abdominal, flank, and lower back liposuction, and had that fat injected into the buttocks and hips,” surmises NYC-based plastic surgeon Dr. David Shafer. “It’s safer than butt implants, but if the area is over- inflated it may lead to droopiness.”
After copping to a nose job and breast augmentation in 2015, Iggy swore she was done with the nips and tucks: “It’s important to remember you can’t change everything.” But with a new album dropping soon, she’s going to try! “Iggy knows surgery gets her a ton of attention,” snitches a friend. “But she’s gone overboard — she looks like a cartoon character.”
